Notice is hereby given that Solomon Trans LLC, 12440 Graham Meadows Dr, Henrico, VA 23233, has filed an application for a certificate of public convenience and necessity that would authorize: 1. Passenger transportation as a Common Carrier over Irregular Routes, providing service in the Cities of Alexandria, Charlottesville, Colonial Heights, Fairfax, Falls Church, Fredericksburg, Hopewell, Manassas, Manassas Park, Newport News, Petersburg, Richmond, and Williamsburg, Virginia, and the Counties of Albermarle, Arlington, Caroline, Charles City, Chesterfield, Culpeper, Dinwiddie, Fairfax, Fauquier, Fluvanna, Goochland, Greene, Hanover, Henrico, James City, Loudoun, Louisa, Madison, New Kent, Orange, Powhatan, Prince George, Prince William, Spotsylvania, Stafford, Surry, and York, Virginia and; 2. The transportation of Medicaid recipients throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Carrier as defined in Section 46.2-2000 et seq. of the Code of Virginia.
