Notice is hereby given that Desta Transportation LLC, 1727 Memorial Ave SW, Apt 9, Roanoke, Virginia 24015, has filed an application for a certificate of public convenience and necessity that would authorize: 1. Passenger transportation as a Common Carrier over Irregular Routes, providing service in the Cities of Lynchburg, Roanoke, and Salem, Virginia, and the Counties of Bedford, Campbell, and Roanoke, Virginia and; 2. The transportation of Medicaid recipients throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Carrier as defined in Section 46.2-2000 et seq. of the Code of Virginia.

የተፃፉ ተቃውሞዎች ለDMV የሞተር ተሸካሚ አገልግሎቶች በፖስታ መላክ አለባቸው፣ Attn: Operating Authority፣ PO Box 27412 ፣ Richmond, VA 23269-0001 እና በኦገስት 10 ፣ 2026 ላይ ወይም ከዚያ በፊት በፖስታ መላክ አለባቸው።
ብቃት ባለው ማስረጃ የቀረበ ማንኛውም ተቃውሞ በDMV በጥንቃቄ ይታሰባል; ነገር ግን DMV በቀረበው የተቃውሞ አግባብ መሰረት ችሎቱ ዋስትና እንዳለው ወይም እንዳልሆነ ሙሉ ውሳኔ ይኖረዋል።
